What is the return and exchange policy?
If you don’t love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your Shinyher products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund within the first 30 days from the delivery date. All that we ask is for you to return the item in its original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.

Can I swim with my Shinyher Lashes?
No, we do not recommend swimming, bathing or going in water in your Shinyher Lashes as this can ruin the curl and style of the lash.
Can I curl my Shinyher Lashes?
Yes! Because Shinyher Lashes are made of a material that mimics human hair, you can curl the lashes as if they were your own. We do not recommend using heated eyelash curlers.
Can I apply Mascara to my Shinyher Lashes?
Please do not apply mascara to your Shinyher Lashes as this can ruin the quality of the hair and limit the number of uses. Many cosmetic products contain oils that can ruin the shine and quality of the hair. It is, however, okay to apply mascara on your natural lashes before applying your Shinyher Lashes.
How do I know which Lashes are right for my eyes?
Each eye is unique and that is why we have one of the widest selections of lash styles available. Finding the right lash depends on the makeup look you are seeking, as well as your eye shape. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse.
I have not received all of the items I ordered, what should I do?
Please contact us at hello@shinyher.com with the subject heading MISSING ITEM along with your order number so we can review this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Cases reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items
